Notes on data protection at Firmen in Deutschland

General
When collecting, processing and using, we strictly adhere to the statutory provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Data Protection Act (TDDSG). This applies in particular to the processing of your personal data.

Personal data for entries
Your email address is stored in the database of our business directory for the sole purpose of performing our services.

Personal data for premium entries
Your email address is stored in the database of our business directory for the sole purpose of performing our services. Additional data - name, address and, if applicable, company name - are used exclusively for order processing and invoicing and are saved on our company computer.

Transfer to third parties
Your personal data including your home address and email address will not be passed on to third parties. This does not apply to our service partners who require the transmission of data for order processing (premium entries). In these cases the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum.

Cookies & IP addresses
We do not transfer cookies to your computer. Your IP address is stored anonymously for statistical calculations and cannot be linked to your email address or your person. Your IP address is not stored on the server side.
Our business directory contains functions that can detect attacks on our system. For security reasons (e.g. to identify DOS attacks), the data of the attack, including the complete IP address, are saved and kept for a maximum of 7 days.

Statistical data
For our statistics, we collect and save information that your browser transmits to us:
- browser type and version
- the operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- IP address (anonymized)
- time of the server request.
This data is not combined with other data sources; the data is deleted after statistical analysis.

Right of providing information
You have the right to free information, correction or deletion of the data stored about you at any time.

The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer. If Google Maps is activated, Google can use Google Web Fonts for the purpose of uniform display of fonts.
